A Little About My Background
I am a native Washingtonian and life-long resident in the area - Georgetown, Spring Valley, Wesley Heights, American University Park, Glover Park, Alexandria, Arlington, McLean, Falls Church, Bethesda, Potomac and Southern Maryland (Charles County). My mother's family settled Maryland and Virginia in the 1600s, and much of my extended family is still in the Greater Washington Metropolitan Area.
I bring over 30 years of executive, legal, business, marketing and publishing experience and resources to give you a unique advantage. I have facilitated many commercial and private real estate transactions in DC, Maryland, Virginia, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Washington state and internationally. With my support staff at W.C. & A.N. Miller Realtors®, Long & Foster's Bethesda 'All Points' Miller Sales office (regularly among the Top 10 of all Long & Foster offices), I have helped many clients complete successful and timely transactions.

In 2006, 2007, and again in 2009, Hill Slowinski acted as our real estate agent to identify and sign up tenants for short term rentals while we were out of town. Our house was fully furnished and we naturally wanted tenants who would take care of the premises and cause us no problems. On both counts we couldn't have been more pleased. On the first occasion, I was out of town when the tenant was signed up. Hill went carefully over the house and purchased items (e.g., smoke alarm, a/c filters) that we had neglected. He speedily drew up contracts that met our needs and those of the tenants. Once or twice when we got into a technical mess with the county over some obscure regulatory requirements, Hill found ways to resolve the problems to the satisfaction of all. Even after his job of arranging the rental was finished, Hill was always and quickly available for consultation and advice whenever a problem arose. I could always trust his technical knowledge and judgment. My wife and I would heartily recommend Hill to anyone seeking an agent to handle a rental or sale.
